This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The location is good. The maintenance is worst. Bathrooms are dirty. Lot of pests, ants and cockroaches are always having feast in the rooms. Worst breakfast, very limited options and very small quantities are made. For getting every item you will be required to wait. Even sufficient crockery is also not available. You will be required to wait for plates, spoons, bowls, even cups. Cook is available only during breakfast. No lunch and dinner is available. Staff are rude and very MIS behaved…

Nice hotel , good staff and service , clean tooms are there, rooms are clean , location is superb with sunset and sunrise view are available from outside hotel and clubs and titos lane are nearby with good night life.

It was a pleasant experience though I stayed there for a day only. I would love to visit once again in the near future. Very near to the beach, only a few meters from the hotel exit. The market is also very near access. The local taxi stand is just outside the premises.

Earthy, truly Truly Goan. Amazing view of the lazy end of baga as we woke up each morning in a fishermen village by the beach. Breathtaking!. Just what we wanted. Rooms were worth the money. And the friendly staff made our evening.
