The hotel is the excellent, located near the airport, making it convenient to travel. It also has very clean and well maintained rooms thanks to the housekeeping staff who are not only curious and professional but also go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. One must not miss the dinning experience as the food is delicious and worth it.

Pathetic Service and Staff Attitude

Hotel has pathetic service and rude staff. It’s being a prime location does not care about hospitality and thus staff takes their guest only as customers who will pay and go. We saw 3 ladies also at reception asking staff to be but hospitable. Female staff at reception will hung phone while speaking and unable to resolve issues. They do not recharge their TV so please scan it by yourself and recharge if you want to see tv. They give only 1 small water bottle in entire day and rest they charge 64 rupees for water bottle 500 ml. Timing for BF is 10:30 but they deny after 10am. We were at our business trip as well and thus less time in hotel we spent. Thank God! Else hotel staff would make you feel unwanted every minute.

Pathetic property...zero maintenance...foul smell in every room due to sepage etc.Terrible property.I checked in and within few hours I checked out from the property.Staff is also not cooperative . Will not recommend this property to any one ....being at best location due to non maintenance it's in a really bad shape.

Very unfriendly men at reception at check-in. Had to carry my suitcase myself up the front stairway. The room was smelly, no hand towel, smelly bathroom with an open window which let in all the noise from the highway. The room did look like it was cleaned but in dire need of repair. The bathroom is a not very clearly marked step up. The overall feeling is: way too expensive for what you get. Should be half the price Lady at checkout was friendly, but again had to carry my suitcase down the 13 marble steps.
