This is our 3rd time visit to Avion We stayed for 2 nights. The room was neat, clean and spacious. All basic amenities were provided. All staff was very efficient and courteous. Room service was good. B.F. -- Variety of spread. Loved it We tried buffet dinner. That too had variety. Quality of food was very good and it was also tasty Playing room was there with carrom, T.T etc The resort was surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. One can just spend time relaxing there. Pros:Firstly the room was super spacious Towels were clean as well as bedsheets Room service was top notch Housekeeping was amazing they were very nice and did not complain once also Food was delicious: Fish koliwada, Khichdi Breakfast was top good with various options such as dosa,any kinds of egg,cakes, fruit,tea/coffee,chole bhatura (The menu changes everyday so expect something different) High tea was super tasty as well including items such as pav bhaji,fries,cakes,pattices,misal pav and Vada pav Pool was super clean but very very cold Cons:Honestly cannot think of negatives in such a wonderful place!Will definitely come again

We stayed for 3 nights with Breakfast plan. The best part is we were 5 members, so they gave us 2 rooms - 318A and 318B, with a common door in between, so we all could be together in the same place and talk, play games etc. till late in the night. As it was a post Diwali week the resort was full. To our surprise the evening High Tea was complimentary for all guest. No exaggeration, the breakfast spread is no less than any 4 star property(live egg counter/south indian/milk cornflakes/fruits/cake/biscuits/tea/coffee...) Apart from cake and cookies, the high tea also included Ch. Kheema, next day was chat(4-5 options), next day was Pav Bhaji and Pakodas. I think we were lucky to get the high tea as it was Diwali time. The staff is very cooperative. They have children play area too which our kids enjoyed a lot. Super clean rooms and washrooms. They have a clean swimming pool and a very small pond with few fishes and 2 turtles. In spite of being right in middle of the city, the rooms inside are very peaceful and away from noise. Its a 5 star from me. Thank you Avion Lonavala Last but on the least - A loud shout out for the staff members Reception - Priyanka / Vinod House Keeping - Ramu / Santosh / Tenu Restaurant - Raju / Satya Narayan / Indrajit / Amar These are the names that we have interacted with. The best place for enjoyment , relaxing, climate, place everything is superb . Food quality is the best, staff is very kind and polite and very helping nature. Rooms are very neat clean and very spacious for 2 +1. Resort is vey clean spacious maintain and if you have any issue then immediately the staff is ready for help. The location of the resort is very nice because all points if you plan to explore is very nearby around two or 3 km max to max. The swimming pool is also very nice clean water and continuously they are cleaning the pool. The reception counter all this people it’s ready to help and open 24 x 7 this is of very very important. Suddenly they gave us their complimentary the high tea and snacks it was delicious and food quality is very good.

The resort it right in the middle of Lonavala market and yet peaceful from inside. Hence you get best of both worlds. Easy connectivity and reachability to all spots and being a large property once you are inside its a tranquil place. Appreciate their cleanliness, white theme works wonderfully.
