Stayed with them for just over 3 weeks the homely atmosphere hits you as you walk in from the road. Everywhere spotlessly cleaned including the large pool. The staff never stopped in their efforts to impress. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Fans,air con and WiFi come as standard. All in all a great location for restaurants and the beach at sinquerim. A great find.

Very clean rooms . The staff was very supportive . It's located in the heart of the market area so going shopping was fun and walking distance . Exploring near by shacks and restaurant was fun . Great place to stay and well priced . The pool was also very clean . The staf was very committed in cleaning the rooms and chang ing the bedsheet as per their schedule .

Family run business, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms/ apartments available. Lovely pool and attached 24 hour Indian restaurant serving great local food. Great value for money !! We would definitely go back. Situated at the quieter end of candolim but easy access to beech, fort aguada and a short walk to lots of differant bars restaurants etc.

The place is extremely neat and clean to live in. The service is prompt with courteous staff at any time of the day or night. Close to all the best places to visit in north goa and far from the hustle bustle of North Goa. Feels like home away from home.

I was happy for choosıng thıs excellent place to stay where durıng lockdown ı was taken care of everything wıth food prepared by MR. Sereno amd Aurıta famıly. MRS melba also helped me ın all documentatıon and paper work to get back home rıght from arrangıng taxı to prıntıng my documentatıon Thıs famıly ıs very help ful They are a gem of people who helped me durıng my tough tıme.. Brought me grocrery or food n fruıts n other essentıal needs MELBA always gave me mental strength to cope up wıth the deadly sıtuatıon They are always avaılable to resolbe any ıssues. Sınce no workers on duty they themselfs came to clean my room and made me stay ın a comfortable n clean room. I thank them very much for beıng there for me as ı was stranded ın Goa for 2 months and ıt was a sad sıtuatıon but everyone at Aurıtas made me feal at home I wıll always remember them n thank them all.
