Great hotel to explore Milan

The hotel is a great place to stay at and explore Milan. It is close to 2 metrolines and trams. The room was very clean and comfortable, including everything you need. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with a great view from the roof top of the building. There are great pizza retaurants in 5 minutes.

I would give zero stars if possible. I stayed here for business and the client made the reservation. This is NOT a business hotel. It is a residence hotel. They billed both the client and me the full amount for the stay and they haven’t refunded my money. I am in the process of disputing the charges. You can find somewhere else to stay. This is not the hotel you want to stay at.

I didn't like this hotel. Very poor cleaning of the room: dusty shelves in the closet, wallpaper needs to be replaced, yellow sheets, hair in the bathroom, some kind of foam flowed from the bidet, old plumbing, old bath and toilet. Breakfast is poor, except for very tasty croissants. Of the pluses, it can be noted: there is a convenient metro line nearby, which leads directly to the central station and to the duomo, next to the hotel there is a large lidl supermarket.

The hotel from the outside still looks OK. In the room, unfortunately, the tragedy begins. The room, including the bathroom, is very dated, which could be tolerated if not: A disgusting yellowed shower curtain, The bathtub, which was so dirty that I was disgusted to use it. Moving toilet seat No heating, I was freezing every night, No cleaning service once, The general filthiness of the room. The only pluses I can see are the staff who were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very poor, only bacon and scrambled eggs hot. In general, I do not recommend the hotel

Dated room with only one European plug socket. After first night found series of insect bites on both myself and partner but we didn’t realise until more bites the following day. Went to speak to reception to be told to go to the pharmacy and that we had sensitive skin as they had never had this issue before. Neither of us have ever had issues with sensitive skin and seems strange we both woke up with the same red bites following our first night in the hotel. No offer to move rooms and had to request they would at least change our bedding.
