This hotel staff are unprofessional, they seem not to know how the hospitality work, on April 2nd I had a reservation and had to wait almost 2 hours with arguments. I was told the hotel is full. My company have a contact agreement. Yet they took a long time to resolve the issue. On April 4th I was checked out of my room without informing me or my signature. Not a good place to stay at.

Very poor indeed. Staff inattentive. Product substandard and Poor Value For Money. I will never select this brand again. Asked for hard pillows and a new water tower on check in and assured it would be provided. They never were. Covid breakfast extremely disappointing. Stale pastries and different each day - No consistency Room service order takers rude and unhelpful. Security miserable and unwelcoming. Not what i would expect from an asian Hospitality brand.

I requested a receipt that include the expenses of the stay while checking out of the hotel. The receipt is required to give to my job for compensation purposes. I gave my email to the reception employee for him to send the receipt to. The receipt was never sent to my email. I called more than 3 times telling them to send the email and every time they say it will be sent to my email and it never did. This is unacceptable by any hotel standards and needs to be dealt with.

The service, calmness & cleanliness were great! Check in was quick. We had a nice stay 👍 I recommend this hotel for anyone who’s looking to have some quite time alone or with family & friends. Just the construction work outside of the hotel made it difficult to find the entrance.
