Overall, they try hard, but if you want that sheer luxurious feeling, The Wynn has this hotel beat by a country mile I had traveled to meet a friend who was staying at Aria who is a "preferred gambler" -- in common casino parlance, a "whale."Through my friend, I obtained wristband access to their commodious second-floor ballroom to watch the various NCAA "March Madness" mens playoff basketball finals. This set up was unparalleled in all of Las Vegas, as the premises were replete with all-day complimentary buffet food service, with separate set-ups for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. Along with various cake, pastries (even ice cream!) and drinks, it was designed to cater to the most esurient basketball fan you might find. Even though the fare was gratis, waitresses were plentiful and anyone you contacted agreeably brought you whatever you might want. My biggest complaint, is that I was assigned a room that was at the far end of where the elevators were located. As a disabled senior with limited mobility, zi found the long walk to my room -- perhaps 200 yards or more -- to be a trek that was unnecessary taxing. (Yes, I could have sought a room re-assignment, but once I checked in, I was loathe to do so out of sheer laziness.) As a veteran traveler, this was an unforced error on my part, as I should have had the sense to request a toom easier to reach. In regards to smaller nuances, the lack attention to detail was palpable: An example: I had trouble finding the room safe and, once I was able to locate it following a series of phone calls that began at the front desk, I had difficulty deploying its use. Hence, I stayed on the phone while being bounced around to various entities (housekeeping, security, etc.) for at least 20 minutes; none of the employees I spoke to could provide a cogent explanation on how to use the damn safe. I was eventually assurred by one hotel minion how "someone will be up in a moment" to help me. Well, a 40-minute wait ensued, at which point I left my room in frustration, carrying all of the money I had brought with me. Alas, the safe remained unused throughout my four-night stay. Not a bad place, per se, but overall, it didn't imbue a sense of luxuriousness, nor exclusiveness that one might expect.

I stayed here for a conference. This is a luxury hotel and has all the bells and whistles. The room was very spacious, clean and the hotel overall is high end. It is a Las Vegas hotel, so it has all the gambling, restaurants and bars you are expecting. Great experience overall.

I would give a zero rating if I could. Worst Customer Experience I have ever had. Arrived late due to airline delay & due to a system glitch, my reservation was not honored. Absolutely no help or consideration from the Aria staff. Had to sleep in the airport with my son. Absolute worst experience of my life. Worst front desk staff that I have ever seen.

We have stayed at Aria many times while visiting Las Vegas. It is a great, reliable, and luxurious hotel. It has a great vibe and is very popular, so it's always buzzing. The rooms are very nice, and the beds are comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the water pressure were stronger. Keep in mind they did remove all single serving toiletries, and have bottles for everything (including hand soap). They have a nice variety of restaurants. They took out the buffet area, and added a food hall where you order on your phone. We liked that variety of options. The Starbucks is always busy, but they are quite efficient there. The fancier restaurants are also really good. The pool area is very nice. We did check out the pool club (called Liquid), and it was underwhelmingly small. I wouldn't go there. The location is fantastic, and one of the main reasons we come back. You can walk to multiple other casinos. Pricing-wise, well it's a fancy hotel on the Strip. So just be ready to pay a premium for everything. It draws an upscale crowd for sure. We even saw a guy playing Baccarat that had $1M worth of chips! We also see celebrities here. Overall, it's a very nice hotel that we will come back to.

The Aria is a beautiful hotel with great customer service and food options. No complaints there. HOWEVER, $25 for a bottle of Fiji water in the hotel room was a bit over the top. Curious as to how good this water must be, upon returning home we bought the same EXACT bottle at Walmart for $2.88. Water is good, but in no way worth $25 a bottle unless you were dying of thirst in the desert. Why would the hotel charge this much for water? Because they can?? I guess it goes along with the $16 Gummy Bears and $13 Rice Krispy Treats. Parents: Keep those kiddos away from the mini bar...
