Located just less than 30 minutes from Don Mueang International Airport, this little, clean hotel did not disappoint. Rooms were fairly large and spanking clean. Service was good. They offered free coffee and tea. Wifi was fast, showers were clean. Will be back for sure.

Relatively new hotel. Not really near the airport (45 min due to traffic). No breakfast but small food stalls nearby. Noisy hallway because of thin room doors. Free water. Towels. Friendly staff! Very clean

Been here with wife for a stopover while waiting for our flight in Don Muang to get back home in Phuket. This place is brand new with nice english speaking staff who arranged for us a very early morning taxi (4am) to the airport, taxi was there in time (surprisingly enough if you know Thailand). Our room was spacious and clean, shower box was amazing. They provide in-room complimentary water and snacks (usually it's only water in other places) and even free coffee at the hall.. ! We've choose this place because of the high ratings and good reviews, and expectations were met. Last but not least the price was super competitive, we had a special offer from an OTA at 750 thb/night! Keep up the good job and please keep taking good care of this cozy place.

Don't bother looking elsewhere. Perfect place to stay before or after a flight into nearby Don Muang airport. Miles from everything else in Bangkok but ideal for a place to rest up. The rooms are spot on, super modern and comfortable. Powerful showers, clean throughout, strong wifi signal in rooms. 7/11 and good Japanese food nearby.

Stayed overnight at Area 69 due to a early morning flight the next day The the owner son was very helpful when we arrived and also arranged a taxi to collect us at 7am in the morning to take us to the airport Area 69 has only been opened about 3 months and run by a father and son everything is new and clean and well kept They take 500 but deposit from you and is returned when you check out in the morning My towels did not reak of smoke on the day we were there I did hear some planes in the distance from about 6 am but it did not disturb The rooms have everything you need for a overnight stay A great budget hotel 20mins drive from Don Meung Airport at 7am in the morning They have a small supermarket next door if you need a beer or water etc We tried the crispy pork and fried rice from there menu and it was delicious would recommended we had this with a beer at the sitting area at reception The free wifi worked well in the reception area and you can help yourself to complementary tea and coffee Would diffidently stay again
