The hotel management is very good, neat and decent hotel. Provided breakfast as complimentary though it was not there in our booking on free of charge. Break fast was very tasty and nice. This hotel does not have Restaurent but just besides there is a restaurant with good food with different varieties. Staff are very courteous, it’s safe and clean, decent hotel.

Located at Walajah Road, Hotel Apple Residency is the best nearby Hotel to TTDC Terminas from where Buses to all destination start specially for Tirupati. Rooms are ok. Food is excellent. All amenities are nearby. I stay there everytime I go to Tirupati from Chennai...

I wish I could give this place no star or a minus 5 stars. We have been coming here as a family for the last 6 years as part of the TTDC Tirupati trip. But this time our stay was absolutely horrendous. Pathetic staff behaviour and hotel policies to start with. Men and guests are allowed to openly consume alcohol at the reception. Which just shows you the kind of crowd they attract - you have guests who are drunk out of their skull, taking a piss on the corridor of the hotel. Rude waiters and not to forget the most arrogant receptionist I have ever seen in my life

Booked this hotel through make my trip.com, Hotel is on main wallajah road triplicane opposite to Tamilanadu tourism office. We booked this hotel only for Tirupati balaji tour from tamilanadu tourism office at morning 5 AM.Rooms are very small. Toilet are very small. Poor hygiene in toilets. Ac is making noise. Food is average. Services are fast. But ok for one night stay only.

The biggest plus point of this hotel is its location It is just opposite to TTDC office from where Trirupathi darshan bus leaves , .And now the Hotel .
