One of the horrible and worst hotel u can find.. the only reason I endured the pathetic condition of the hotel is it’s within the compound of Apollo Hospital.. and it’s convenient if you have a patient in the hospital to stay in the so called hotel .. the room furniture is old it has stains , the towell is torn , the toiletries are broken and I had to request for change in the room .. the AC doesn’t work and u have to keep it on well in advance , No ceiling Fan . Or room window was broken and mosquitos were coming inside and when we complained he put a plastic sheet . The reception Many times no one is available. The room is suffocating .. the bed sheets are itchy .. please avoid this hotel

They have excellent service/food & covenient location especially for medical travel as it is on the same campus as the Apollo Hospital. If you download the Oyo Rooms app, you can get upto 30% discount. I paid abroad $20 USD per night after 30% discount. That was a double/spacious room with work area, lovely bathroom, breakfast for 2 & free wifi

It is a good place to stay for the patients at Apollo hospital, banerghatta, as the hotel is within the same premises. The suite rooms in the 5th floor are spacious, decent bathroom and standard tv etc. Room service is okay, the hotel doesn't have a restaurant but arrangements for food are made

Good only for families visiting Appolo Hospital. Not for business travelers / holidayers

This is not a regular hotel in the sense that it is meant mainly to serve the patients / families visiting Appolo hospital (for them it is very convenient as the hotel is inside the hospital compound). The building houses peridatric and some other clinics on the ground, 1st and 2nd floors, a small sized reception of the hotel on the 3rd floor and rooms on the 4th & 5th floor. This place is not for business travelers / holidayers. (except for those visiting IIM Bangalore as it is located just across the road). Regular rooms are small (the picture shown on tripadvisior is not that of the regualr sized room) with no space for extra bed. You feel a bit claustrophobic in the room. The hotel does not have a kitchen. The room boy will come knocking door to door to take your order, a couple of hours in advance. Landed there late evening and we were told that there is no provision for dinner. Found a good veg restaurant about a kilo meter or so away. (There is a cafe cofee day near the car park of Appolo hospital with limted menu. Heard that the canteen inside the hospital is another option; did not try that So, the usefulnes / rating of the hotel will vary depending upon the reason for your visit to Bangalore.

Bad Experience - not ideal either for business or leisure

First, I did not book this hotel directly but was asked to shift by ZO rooms (online hotel booking portal) as the hotel (Confido Inn, confirmed) I booked through them initially refused as it was booked. That's another story! Coming to this hotel. The first not so good thing is its location. It is inside the Apollo hospital premise. With due respect, it is not a good idea to see patients and hospital if you are either on a business trip or leisure. Having said that, I would say the rooms were clean and the staff courteous (only positive about this hotel). Though the room was clean but it was very small, I felt claustrophobic many times. I highlight some of the experience in points below:- 1. The breakfast as per the package is included, but there are hardly any choices. I have had idlys for the last two days. No juice, no other options. They do not have an active kitchen and it really gets difficult to get things of your choice in general as well. The so called "menu' card placed in the room was a photocopy in normal A4 size paper (this for self claim of a boutique business hotel) 2. The complimentary tea accessories in the room were not well kept. I tried having tea in the room. The mug/cup was very dirty, it seemed there was fungus on the rim of the cup. I had to wash it with detergent to make it usable. 3. I had ordered, dinner (Grilled chicken) at 8:15 PM. As per the menu in the room it cost Rs 180. After 20 min I got a call saying that they can provide tandoori chicken which is same as grilled chicken. I accepted but nothing came till 9:15 PM. Then at 9:45 PM, a person came with the bill for grilled chicken to be signed by me. I told him that I have not received the food yet. Then after few minutes two men came and enquired if I got the food. Then finally, I got the food at around 10:25 PM. But the ordeal did not end. It turned out to be chicken tikka and the bill was for Rs 195/- (the bill mentioned chicken tandoori). When I crosschecked with the menu, the price was Rs 190/- 4. Finally, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Even after putting the word across at 8AM, the problem could not be rectified till 11:30 AM. The receptionist coolly said that there is some problem and that they have fixed it! (so apparently it was my problem if I was not getting the hot water in the tap!) I shall not recommend this hotel unless you have very little choice (patients' relatives etc.)
