Dear Management, Our stay was excellent and Rooms/Restrooms were very neat and tidy. All our family members enjoyed the stay and hospitality provided by Mr.Gautham Sir and team. We have already concluded that this place will be our only spot to stay for all our future visits to Bangalore. From the day one until we checked-out, it was a bliss and Room service also too good & room service boys were kind of reluctant to accept tips (which is a surprise). Since we visited Bangalore after long years, we wanted to try all famous restaurants nearby and we ordered food. One day, we requested the team if they can reheat the items, they were very happy to do the same and to our surprise they even gave a big plate of salad for my kids. Really impressed by your team’s service and keen interest. Another surprise is, while checking out - Mr.Gautam didnt charge us for Tea/Coffee which we ordered via room service which we didn’t request or expect. Very nice to see the gesture. Totally enjoyed our stay with good response & hospitality. We have already recommended this place to others and we will continue the same. Please keep up the good work and kindly share the appreciation to Mr.Gautham and all the members who help the place blooming. Have a good day.

Would like to advise all HR Managers, Individual Travellers, Families to stay away from this property and all the other properties coming under their group name! I stayed at Apollo Greens for a period of 3 months. During my tenure there and after dealing with them, I can state that there is: 1) Zero Professionalism in Records and Accounts Keeping- For companies this is the biggest red flag. Since there is no permanent staff, the bills are made with extreme discrepancies and the management in the intent of keeping money, neither changes the system or accepts their mistake and refunds the money. They overcharged me on the food bill and given me a cumulative bill for 3 months when I had already paid the first month. The bill had amounts that were ludicrous as we already had home cooked tiffin service and we rarely used their kitchen. The management knew we had our own tiffin service. When we asked for the two months break up, the management refused to share the break up, made us run around by saying the cook who was there had left, asked us to share what we thought should be refunded and then flat out refused to pay anything!!! If their processes and record keeping were transparent and professional, giving the monthly bill break up to the customer would not have been a problem at all! And the excuse of making the customer give the quote and the fact the cook has left – all of this points to poor processes and the intentions of the management of making as much of money as possible and not returning it to the customer even when the amount is completely obvious as completely false!!They also over charged on an extra day when I had left the country which was the only thing they agreed to give money for. 2) Dubious Accounting Practices and Billing Behaviour: Please ask your employees to make sure the management gives you the bill 24 hours in advance so that you and your employee can vet the bill line by line item. Since they overcharge you and misrepresent items on the bill, you can only change it when you are there and please refuse to pay the bill if any line item seems incorrect or false. We pointed out several items that were incorrect on the bill and they made all sorts of excuses not to refund any of these items. Since we had left the country, they took advantage of this fact by making our representative run around and refused to pay the money by making all sorts excuses – in one case they admitted that they had incorrectly billed an item to us but then justified the amount by saying “we actually meant to charge you for x but we wrote y instead but so we wont give any money back.” They never shared a revised bill with us which is correct professional practice. I had also told them almost a week in advance that we will be leaving for another country and to prepare the bill so we could vet it and pay it. They never prepared the bill despite my asking to do so!! They shared at the very last moment when we had to leave for the airport and that we would get details later and when we received the details, we were shocked!!! Multiple accounting errors (which they also agreed to), no revised bills, overcharging on bills, no monthly bill breakdown, then flat out blaming the customer and the staff that left. This is extraordinarily unprofessional and dubious behaviour. Their billing system is completely unprofessional and the intent behind billing is shady and dubious. For corporate travellers and HR managers, please look out for other corporate service hotels that have better professional practices. Do not give them your business! 3) Unprofessional and Highhanded Management Behaviour: The management was extremely unprofessional with our representative, literally saying we should be thankful that they did not charge anything extra!! Can you imagine after all the mistakes on their part, they should have apologised for such poor customer service and such poor professional practices, they turned around and acted as if we should be grateful to them!!The management admitted that they had charged incorrect items on the bill, did not apologise for the extra day they had overcharged, could not give a monthly bill because of dubious accounting practices, overcharged me even when they knew I was taking a home tiffin service and that I had paid for the first month but they were defensive and accusatory and made excuses about the cook that had left and blamed me , and refused to return the money. This is the worst customer service in the world!! If the management is so unprofessional, then no wonder their place has such huge turnover. This is how they treat customers for errors on their part, for services they should give properly (basic transparency in accounting). They planned to make us pay at the last minute, ignored my ask for a bill beforehand as they knew they could charge extra and we would not be able to do anything since we would be abroad. When the management is of this quality, then no wonder the staff is of poor quality themselves. 4) High staff turnover- No staff there, neither the managers, the cleaning staff or the kitchen staff remains there for any period of time. They leave immediately or are told to leave immediately without notice. This causes chaos and because the staff keeps changing, there are no records kept, no continuity which is all very bad for the customer. At the time of settling the bills, the refrain is that so and so has left so there is no record, just pay this bill amount. When you contest the bill, there is no one there left to cross check and like a professional organization, they have not kept any records, so you are forced to paying an amount that is incorrect. 5) Extremely poorly trained staff. My family members and I had to train the staff on basic matters of housekeeping and hygiene. I could go on and on but this has been the worst experience as a customer I have had. Such organizations should not be in the hospitality business if they treat their customers in this manner and if even basic processes cannot be followed. Please go elsewhere and do not give them your business. We have also informed the company that referred them to us not to do any business with them anymore.

Had a two month stay in Dec-18 to Jan-19. Must say it was wonderful stay. The rooms are big and comfortable. Ambience and feel of hotel is good. The service may not be as prompt as a proper 5 star hotel, but it’s not bad. Manager Mr Srinivas is very helpful person. I would like to thank the management for giving me some credit. All the best.
