Excellent hotel, most courteous staff one could find anywhere. We stayed there 4 times (7-12 nights each time) during our travel from USA to Delhi. We can't think of another place to stay. From check-in, to breakfast, to room service, it is hard to find a responsiveness so good. If an issue is reported, they make every effort to fix it.

We spent three nights at the Andaz, two before and one after a tiger safari, and it was an excellent experience. Very nice, large room. Quiet HVAC. Very nice bathroom, but slippery shower tile floor (ask for a shower mat!) Complementary water, juices, snacks, and coffee/tea. Comfortable bed. Many English language programs on TV. The breakfast and dinner buffets in the restaurant were outstanding. Something for every taste. The Juniper Bar and its infused gins provided a unique experience. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

I love my apartment here. ❤️ It's fantastic 😍 Thank for service, for caring about us so much. Good people and beautiful place for living. And it's stilish in Salvador Dali, wow. We have phone just like red lips near to lifts. Very secure and safety, freedom but caring atmosphere. My special angel were Neer Sindhu and Samreen on reception 😍 thank for all staff!
