As always a great place to stay especially the limited time I have. I fly in for work and layover is overnight. The staff are professional, room is spacious and comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provides complimentary snacks and non alcoholic drink which is not common in hotels. My only dissatisfaction during this stay is the intermittent wifi connection. Being a short stay it was fine but hopefully they fix it.

I would like to appreciate all the staff of Andaz they are always welcoming and ready to assist whenever needed.I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times they always provide excellent service . They pay attention to every guest requirements and always give quick response whenever needed . I would like to thank Mr. Omlal Yadav and Mr. Shekhar for their continued cooperation during my stay and also Mr. Mayank and Mr.Utkarsh for everything they have done during my stay to make it more comfortable.kudos to the entire team🫶🏻

Excellent hotel, with spacious rooms, amazing breakfast and dinner. Some members of staff were fantastic and others questionable. But when I addressed my concerns with the relevant managers, it was all handled professionally and they were very accommodating. I would definitely return.
