Rooms are not up to the mark. We booked premium room but room looked like 3 star deluxe room. No welcome drink provided. But some foreign guests cane and they have welcome drink for them. Bathrooms were not tidy and white stains were more which was not properly cleaned. Flush didnt work, shower didnt work. Floor mat was not provided. Since we booked premium rooms, fridge was not provided and no balcony and no view from anyside. Bath towels were not kept. We stayed 2 days Morning breakfast was average and same menu no change

Our room was big, that was the only plus. Location is also good. We stayed in a suit as we had a teenager child with us, we stayed for 3 days. This is the worst hotel wrt cost cutting. Old towels, mostly no towels, no tissues, badly overcrowded, food in buffet not there, buffet very untidy. Taps are tight and difficult to open, flush was leaking, wonder what they are doing with all our money, if the hotel is in this condition. Swimming pool was in a very smelly area, we did not dare enter the pool.

The food and room was good but the bathroom condition is worst. The toilet seat and the tiles are so old . They have dirty marks on them. Please renovate the bathroom when u r charging so much for a room .
