Staff excellent. Breakfast food spread excellent. Sleep quality excellent. Cleanliness excellent. For business visit stays it is paradoxical. Place is nearer to office district but within the room there is hardly any place to sit and work. No place to keep your suitcases! The room is cosy but too small for free movement. If not for these I would have gladly given 5 star ratings to all aspects of this facility.

I was stay many time , hotel very nice location with shopingholic,conecting with shoping mall Thamrin city, room is small ( standart) and clean, break is standart, not bad, this hotel favorite , near hotel alots cafe and restaurant, recomeded to stay for shoping lovers

This hotel is integrated to Thamrin City and within a walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Bundaran HI.The staff is friendly. Unfortunately the room is very small but I don't mind given that it is a budget hotel so I did not expect anything luxury. I believe this hotel has an issue with the insulation given that I can hear my neighbour.Better soundproofing should be installed immediately,

This my first time stay at Amaris Hotel Thamrin city,I not really happy about that place,I have expectation this place will be great because same building with thamrin city and close to Jakarta city,but that is only my expectation,before I'm stay in liberty hotel thamrin,there more than better,actually same price with amari,,, Front desk just good,breakfast just oke,room really too small and so smelly,and they just provided only one lift max.10 person.i think they should upgrade their room for make others guests feel happy when stay with amari hotel thamrin city

Amaris Thamrin City Hotel provides the most convenient and affordable accommodation.Thamrin city mall is just downstairs and walking distance to Grand Indonesia. The bed is clean & comfortable. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. There's also shuttle van available from the hotel to the airport which only cost about idr40,000. A Padang/Minang restaurant located across Thamrin City Mall serves delicious padang foods. Tanah Abang takes about 15 mins from Amaris Thamrin by bajaj. The breakfast spread may not be that much choices but most important they taste good!
