Excellent hotel.Rooms were very clean and tidy.Food was yummy too. Would recommend this for a family stay. Attraction spots could be easily accessed from here.It is located admist the city making it travel friendly.

The people at the reception are horrible, no manners at all, not at all welcoming. It feels they are annoyed when the guests check in. The rooms were decent but there were mosquitoes. The breakfast starts at 8.30 which is like stupid because of which i had to leave without even doing that. The location is okay. This place is only okay to stay if there is no other choice.

Had a good room with lovely amenities. Clean well maintained and comfy. The breakfast is not spectacular but is enough to get you started. It's ideally located and I enjoyed my stay here. They have a restaurant on the premises but I had a craving for something different and chose to eat out.

Decent budget hotel

I stayed here for 2 nights in a standard room. I chose this place due to the location as it’s located right on Arcot Road. Hotel was maintained well. Guys at the reception were good. But the biggest problem is the support staff. No one knew either Tamil or English. Had to speak with them in Hindi to get things done. Complimentary breakfast is served to your room in the morning. You have to choose one among idli, dosa, pongal,etc. Complimentary breakfast will be normally a buffet in other hotels. They have a restaurant in the basement which has a good ambiance but is pretty costly. One soup, 2 butter naan and a chicken gravy costed 500 bugs. Yeah 500!!! Overall, it’s a well maintained budget hotel which is worth it's price.

Stayed at the hotel recently- was promised a suite with a lounge/sofa- got a room with a fridge and a desk-3rd person had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. Reservations had no clue about hotel's attributes- very poor - to top it, Wifi did not work for two days and after persistent follow up, got resolved. You have to ask for room to be cleaned in spite of putting a 'please clean my room sign'- excuse - NO SPARE KEY???? In addition room is infested with cockroaches, room not set up for three persons for amenities- every day call asking for more coffee, more tea, more cups, more towels.....never ending and never again. Bill dispute on check out - still waiting to be resolved!!!!!
