The queen twin room is spacious, accommodating up to 4 people comfortably. However, there is only one door for both the toilet and bathroom, giving guests the option to close off either one. The walk-in changing room is a great feature, allowing for changing without direct exposure to the air conditioning. Plus, there's a built-in cabinet that can hold 24" luggage, ensuring everything stays organized. The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to MRT/LRT/Monorail/KTM. The food quality is average, but the F&B staff are cheerful and friendly. Nadiah from the nook stands out for her helpfulness and willingness to share information, making guests, including children, feel welcome with her daily greetings. For hotel guests, the car park charges RM10 per entry.

Fantastic location, great staff. Rooms well appointed however bathroom shower wholly inadequate for such a hotel. Fixed shower head with abysmal water pressure. Shataffa hose has no "trigger" and must be activated by opening the wall tap. Might seem a small detail but in a country plagued by the highest humidity being able to wash is a necessity not a luxury. Finally and despite above, I would probably consider staying there again.

LURVE!! The view of city from my room (18th floor) is the best! Food was GREAT for breakfast, pillow was so fluffy, room is clean, rooftop view was great. Was contemplating to choose which hotel that I can feel safe and comfortable in, Aloft KL Sentral was a great choice after all.

Easy to get to from KLIA in a Grab. Adjoining the shopping centre via a covered walkway with the Sentral train station makes this an awesome option for getting around KL easily. The beds are comfortable, shower pressure is good and plenty of bottled water is provided. It would be nice if at least 2 of the bottles were in the fridge chilling for arrival. Sufficient plug sockets for device charging. The rooms were fairly quiet, we could hear some noise from the monorail but it wasn’t intrusive. The aircon on the other hand was Very noisy! We turned it off overnight. The pool was good with comfortable loungers. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We will return and recommend this hotel.

Went for staycation. Thank you, Yi Qing for the smooth check in process. Everyone was super nice and friendly especially Azreai for the warm greetings. There's is a unique fragrant of Aloft , which not really suits me , but overall everything was nice.
