Kind and cooperative staff. Great experience. I enjoyed the view and best part was having a great feel factor. It was simply amazing to have a breathtaking view and lush greenery it is surrounded . The staff was all great , Mr. Amit Bharadwaj were especially helpful. 10/10 stay

helpful and the kindest staff, experience was incredible. did not have any complaints. the rooms are clean too. the food was excellent and everything was on time. everything was available to us. totally should think about it if you wanna have a good time and a good stay. 10/10

The hotel was clean and the staff were sweet and quick at service. The food was nice and had many varieties as well. The receptionist ( Amit ) was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall the service was really good and we enjoyed the stay at Rocm Manali

Cozy stay with Wanderon community fellow travellers. Food and hospitality were great. It's located in main road so easy to reach. We stayed for 2 days and during the stay we had continuous hot water supply. We were answered for all our queries on time.

Mildly Disappointing Stay in Manali

I stayed here with my partner for several nights. Pros- -Professional and courteous staff -Good made-to-order food at the restaurant -Room was clean -It was too cold for us to want to hang out there but the patio seemed like a nice place to spend time in a warmer time Cons- -Our room was never very warm. We did not seem to have control over the thermostat and had to bundle when in there -If we thought our room was cold, the lobby was frigid -No shower curtain in our room meant the whole bathroom floor would always get wet from taking showers. -The location felt isolated; driving was necessary to get to Old Manali, Mall Road, etc -As we were checking out we were charged for extra water bottles and tea bags we had used during our stay despite there having been no signage or notice these would cost more All in all, while my cons list may seem to be minor issues, given the amount of options to stay in Manali I would say only choose this location if they cut rates or have a promotion.
