Nice hotel at the centre of Mumbai! Clean air conditioned room and extremely comfortable bed! Breakfast was mainly Indian but also had toast, milk and cereal as well as fruit, fruit juices, tea and freshly made coffee from beans! One can also order fried eggs or omelettes. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and also got us in contact with money exchange person with very good rates. Big thanks to Sangeeta who was the duty manager, Vicky night staff and Raj day staff as well as the front office manager Mohit. They all made us feel welcome and comfortable as well as help us out with any requests we had. Totally recommend it!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of rooms , food and location of this property. Perfect value for money for business travellers with meetings in south Mumbai or Mumbai Central. Mr Prabhat and Mr Sachin took wonderful care at check in and check out. Would definitely recommend to colleagues.

We stayed at the Adiva Beacon residency and the our experience was excellent. The front desk team of Mr. Prabhat / Swapniil / Nasir / Sangeeta provided excellwnt service and accomodated us in all situations. Room are spacious, clean and with all toiletries. Food was excellent and the inclusive breakfast was good as well. Overall the hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel! Aslam - Florida, USA
