Very Basic accommodation A/C ( hot water was scarce ) priced accordingly staff were excellent and very helpful situated close to the beach & few minutes walk from bars and restaurants Agonda itself is a nice quiet place not rowdy as such would we stay here again?? Budget dependent! You get what you pay for

It was a very beautiful and nice place to chill out Staff was really nice and helpful.the restaurant served really reasonable and great food.the owners were always on the site,but for the last few years it has been shut down,I think it has been shifted to agonda beach which is nearby. i have coming here for the last 15 years.

Actually we stayed feb 2015.. loved the place 2nd room back from front line. Staff were so attentive. Food was great. Nothing was 2 much trouble. Massage place up the back of the lane.. simple rooms but clean, hot water. Nice sun beds. Heading back in 2 weeks 2 palolem and headin directly for this place.

We arrived to find an empty plot of land, a nearby Cressida family member touting on the beach with a different named resort next door said our booking was actually with them and showed us to a shack with tarpaulin roof and lots of gaps which would allow mosquitos, millipedes and cockroaches freely into the room that was set a walk away from the beach with no AC, no breakfast, no hot water, not beach facing and no beachfront restaurant, basically the opposite of what we booked.

Stayed here in March 2016. The huts were cheaper than others I priced on the beach and much the same standard. The surrounding garden area is well looked after and they are 1 min down the path to the beach and road. Room comes with a bed, locker, cupboard and a clean strong mossie net with no holes, which is a plus! The bathroom wasnt great, the tap didnt work and water came pumping out of the bottom of the toilet. The owners are very quick to fix anything that goes wrong though, and stored our luggage free of charge in their house (a room) whicle we went to Kerala for 3 days, and also let us change our clothes in their house on the day we left. The owners were very nice and friendly. The restaurant at the front served good food and the waiter kept us front row sunbeds everyday. It wouldnt be a place for night time though and seemed to close too early. I would recommend these huts for price and the friendly staff, even though there were a few small issues.
