The perfect place for relax with family.Food was authentic.Room and services beyond expectations.Polite and caring staff.All the way perfect nothing to suggest for improvement.Instrumental live music on every evening is very refreshing.

We stayed there from 22. 04.2025 to 23.05.25. Last year also we stayed there and had a wonderful experience and then decided to stay once again. We spent the previous day at Abad Mararikulam and moved to Kumarakom. We stayed several times in Abad at various locations and had a high opinion about Abad Brand. However when we entered into the swimming pool a security staff came and informed with cotton dress we are not permitted in the pool. Then why we came without nylon dress. I said on the previous day we entered into the water at Mararikulam with same dress and nobody objected. However he was talking and looking as if we went there without making any payment. He behaved as if we were at his mercy. The comments made by him was loude and audible to others. The same affected my pride and kids too. The entire trip was spoiled in one that incident. I totally regretted for making a second visit to Abad Kumarakom. It spoiled all my opinion about the Brand.

It's a very beautiful resort in Kumarakom. We stayed in the Garden View room. The check-in process was really nice. Their staff is awesome, Especially front office girl solly … The complementary Breakfast buffet was pretty good too . Thanks

Good hotel but restaurant needs to have some mistakes fans or some ACs as lot of humidity and hot weather even in end of March. The buffet breakfast is just ok and nothing great! Room internet fluctuates and is definitely not hi-speed. Our room door got jammed and on escalation they moved us to a suite room. Bathrooms can be done better and didn't have any glass to keep toothbrush etc near wash basin. Staff are courteous but they surprisingly do not accept Amex cards!
