As soon as I entered Mr. Ashish hosted me warmly with water and a smile. Took care of my luggage and instantly helped me with the reception. Mr. Souvik and mr. Serajul both welcomed to the hotel and helped with my on spot check in comfortably and also recommended me to take the suite room, which I was very happy with. I will be making this my usual hotel for stay when I come to kolkata from now on

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is polite and helpful. Although the food is pricey but overall the quality of food is good. The receptionist Sirajul was very polite and always helpful. The ambience as well is nice. Overall it's a good hotel to stay.
