If there was a way to give this place 0 stars I would definitely click it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL IT IS FILTY, THE DRONT DESK WORKER LOOKED AND ACTED SO UNPROFESSIONAL COULD NOT EVEN REMEMBER HIS MANAGER NAME OR INFORMATION. My family and I payed around $300 and were not able to get a refund after see the most discussing and unwashed room we had ever seen! Oh ya and good luck trying to get ahold of the manager “SAM AROUS” Ridiculous

The price was right but... There was no furniture to sit on other than the bed. No chairs, the luggage had to be put on the bed, no closet or anything else for your hang up clothing no phone to call the office. We had to use the shower curtain rod for our hangup clothes. We had a rowdy group on the other side of the wall from ours who kept jumping on the bed(s) because their bed frame kept banging against our wall. We went to the Redford Theatre for a movie premier then came back to the motel. The parking lot was right on the main drag which was good though the road noise was a bit loud at times though not enough to drown out the noise from the next room. The parking lot was slushy due to the changing weather but had a significant amount of car trash that someone dropped and did not pick up.

Communicating with the front desk attendent was difficult at best. When we finally negotiated the kind of room we wanted, length of stay and gave him the money, we received our room assignment. I had trouble getting the key card to work in the door. Then a very large and annoyed looking man answered the door! We had been given a room that was already rented!!!! I believe part of his confusion was do to the fact the place appears to rent rooms by the hour (know what I mean). The others in my party were concerned about contracting lice if we were to continue to stay here a moment longer. I was able to get our money back and we went to another Victory Inn down the road that was not only a vast improvement over the delapadated hovel manned by an ill trained high school drop out, but the rates were lower. It wouldn't suprise me if the desk attendent was skimming off the top of our room fee. All in all, a scary experience.
