Rashmi Guest House and associated restaurant is well managed by experienced Hotel manager Sanjeev. Staff take considerable care to look after their guests. The building offer budget accommodation in the most amazing location right on the ghats near the main Aarti which takes place every evening. The rooms vary in expense and facilities; mine had a view of the Ganga, excellent queen size bed and clean bathroom with hot water. Cupboard provided with clothes hangers, kettle & tea with coffee. Associated Dolphin restaurant has well priced meals again with full view of the Ganga and festivities. Sanjeev with notification will arrange for direct taxi from airport to hotel without commission. He can also arrange for tours, and shopping guides to ensure tourists experience fair pricing. I will book again next visit and have trusted Sanjeev in previous visits.

Very bad experience. I booked room from Goibibo and what we saw in pictures about room and what we got, everyone can see in images. And now hotel and not even Goibibo is going to give my money back...I complained and we didnt even check in after looking into the room quality. Very unhygienic and not sanitized...

The location of the hotel is good and very close to the ghats of Varanasi, specifically if you want to spend time during evening Aarti. But the rooms are very small and not clean, the hotel surprisingly has no aqua guard water and the water offered in room is not sealed drinking water but pump water on unsealed bottles, staff are helpful

Last month, on the date of 29th September, me and my family checked into Rashmi Guest House situated by the Manmandir ghat, part of Ganga river. This was according to our plan of our visit of Varanasi. After checking in, the rooms were in a very bad state (our room no was 103 and 102). This Hotel need maintenance very badly. The only good thing about this property was that it had a great view of the river. Hotel is very much near to the Ganga Ghat. Other than that, nothing is good about the Hotel, service was terrible. For instance, we told a waiter to deliver us a bottle of water but when I was about to drink it, I saw sediments floating on the water. Maintenance was also terrible. The geysers didn't have a switch and had to get them turned on from the receptionists. But if you are preferring a low cost hotel, where you will roam and stay out all day out and only for sleeping, then it's recommended otherwise you can avoid this.

Absolutely amazing stay for the family. You will have to climb stairs to 2nd and 3rd Floor but it is worth the climb. The view was amazing and the stay was very comfortable. The front desk, service staff and housekeeping all are extremely helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. Special thanks and call out to Ajay ji the Senior manager who went over and above to help us with local sight seeing and also covering local desi cuisines and lassi! Your smile made our day!! Highly recommended.
