There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor.
AC, TV, heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
2 rooms have king-sized beds, 1 room has two single-beds.
BATHROOMS
There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, 1 common.
All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
The dining room seats 7 people.
There is a lawn with seating for up to 50 people.
KITCHEN
Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 + taxes.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
A complimentary breakfast is offered.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
Guests can access the kitchen to prepare their own meals at an extra charge.
They can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Nilavara Restaurant, Thaff Restaurant, Brookshore Restaurant, and Prabath Property.
Guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we'd like to mention to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
In case of a power outage, the inverter can support fans and lights for up to 8 hours and the generator can support everything for up to 24 hours.
There are CCTV cameras installed that capture the external area.
The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.
We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, the cellular network works fairly well.
This is not a pet-friendly property.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Non-vegetarian lunch and dinner are priced at Rs.300 per meal, per person.
Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
A houseboat tour can be arranged for the guests at an additional charge subject to availability.

HOUSE RULES
Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
Drinking is allowed only in the dining area.
Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
