The staff was great, we called the reception in every two mins and they all were very patient and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and the view was okay nothing special. Good location and can access lot of things easily. Nice atmosphere with dal lake view from the room. Bathroom was quite spacious but doesn’t have hair dryer. Quite expensive when directly booking can get 1-2k when booking from online. Rooms are clean. Very quiet place. Have roof top restaurant. Water bottle seems very old look like using the old bottle by just refilling. Staffs are friendly.
