We visited this property on July 10-13 this year. Although we have been visiting this place every year. Exceptional service awesome food and satisfying hospitality makes this place one of the best in Panchmarhi. Team led by Mr Anil Rai resident manager and RM A U Khan have been working towards 100% satisfying customers requirements. We booked all 6 rooms as such we were only occupying the entire premises. We look forward to visiting this place again Few names worth mentioning here are Ustad Netbahadur Hemant khirsagar Shubham Pravin Suresh etc.

Staying at this hotel was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. The staff were very friendly and went along way to ensure all went well during my stay. The rooms were also cleaned and sanitized. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with a really nice decor. There was also a TV in my room and after a day of sight seeing it was bliss to just flop in front of it for a while. The food served was one of the best things about the stay, it was so tasty that I was eager to taste whatever was being served. The view from the hotel premises was beautiful. The star gazing was one on one activity that I will remember for a long time; it was so quiet and refreshing to spend time like that. The manager (Mr.Anil) was extremely polite to us our entire stay to a point of ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. Thus, all aspects of the stay were satisfying and would return at some point in the future. Highly recommended!

The old world charm of this heritage structure has been well maintained. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff are thoughtful, courteous and ever ready to cater to the guest's needs. Chef Bahadur and his team whip up delicious homely meals that complete your holiday. Kudos to Mr.Rai and his team for ensuring we had a memorable holiday. It is their attentiveness that brings guests back time and again. To our bad luck on our 2nd day a group of 10 noisy Gujaratis checked in marring the tranquility and peace

What strikes as you arrive is the upkeep/maintenance of this 150 years old heritage property. Top class. Extremely humble,polite and alert staff deserve 10 out of 10 . The Nepali chef Netra Bahadur in service for 35 years here cooks up very tasty and mouthwatering dishes. Kudos to him. Mr. Anil Rai, the man at the helm of affairs and his team, notably Akash and Prashant, are doing excellent job to ensure that you enjoy the stay and feel at home. Regrettably a group of 10 uncivilized gujju guests marred the peace and tranquility by being too loud even while conversing normally..attaining decibel level in excess of 100. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would be happy to revisit this place having just 6 rooms as yet. A new wing with more rooms is almost ready.

Besides fantastic location, good food and cozy colonial era setup, what amazes most here is how the staff makes you feel special! Been to other MPT properties at Pachmarhi, some supposedly better rated than Rock 'n Manor, but never had such experience. STAFF at this property is the highlight, courteous and cooperative! The almost ready to host associated property 'Neelambar' would certainly going to make it the most sought after property at Pachmarhi.
