The Hotel is situated very near to Gosunda Dam,the place is absolutely appropriate for finding peace, being located very near to water body the stay becomes very pleasent, the walk at the dam in early morning is surreal, this was second visit, although there is lack for various amenities as per room charged and also food is not up to the mark, but as there is no other option of food near by this property,We have to rely upon hotel food only.Although it is good option to stay away from hustle bustle of city.

We were constantly thinking about which place to visit near bhilwara and Chittaurgarh. And we finalized Castle Narela for our family outing - Dinner. I Was having a good reviews from friends, i was so much hopeful for some regal and happy moments there, but on contrary to it, we all were little upset by the restrictions put forth by the staff on playing, music, dinning outside, pool access and much more. So the trip was much like a 'only conditions applied trip' rather than fun-filled trip. Food part : Food was not fresh. I think due to lack of tourists or guests, they keep some basic material ready and keep it store for a longer period. So the taste was bad of the items served. Staff was also so rigid in accepting their degraded quality of food. So we were kittle disappointed by the service. I hope they improve on their service and food part. 💐 Nearby dam site would be worth watching in monsoon season I think. But for this, you need not to spend at castle narela. Enjoy sunset at dam, and have fun.

Hotel is surrounded by green farms and hence makes it very exiting. The gardens are beautiful & child friendly. Employees make you feel at home. Birds, friendly pets, rabbits keep children occupied. Beautiful rooms with a view too.

Surely one of the worst experience, imagine toilets without ventilation, badly maintained and very unhygienic kitchen , completely untrained local staff and endless woes . Yearly vacation with friends gone for a toss . PEOPLE BEWARE THIS PLACE IS TOTAL WASTE

Bad..very bad hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone... Bad service.. Bad rooms. The rooms are worse than OYO rooms that you get for 1000 bucks. I had gone there to celebrate new year's with my family and friends. We had booked 4 rooms.. so i am not talking about just 1 room. Towels were stained... bed sheets were stained.. One geyser was shared by 2 rooms. We had booked deluxe rooms. Tv was not working. Even getting drinking water in your room will take 15 to 20 minutes, forget other orders. They can't cook Non-veg food.. we had asked for tandoori chicken, and we got burnt chicken. I am sharing the photographs. And it's not just us... all the guest who had come there had complaints.
