Gone for a family vacation.... guest communication is "Zero" they will stick on to their rules and regulations, anyway no comments on that since its their Resort or better call as Homestay.. Front office guy is too rude.. Food is a disaster... GM is just a visitor it seems when ever ask he will not be there who took our booking. you will find lost in a lonely area with no help.. will never recommend to any one....

The room was very neat and clean. All the staff were very polite and very helpfull. Food was also very tasty. View from the room was also good, people can sit and relax in the balcony outside the room. Recommended for those who wants to stay with family.

Rooms are very beautiful and location is awesome, services quite good. The rooms are spacious and facing the mudumalai forest . We had travelled ooty and coonoor . Missed the toy train ticket . My suggestion is to the owner please open an in-house shop where we can get things here itself . Thanks Sharath and team for all the good things . I posted picture with him too

The resort is the foot hills of reserve forest mudumalli . Room are very spacious and good . People working here are good . And courteous. Some suggestion 1) room need to be replenished with creamer , tea and coffee sachets daily we don’t need ask for it . 2) flys in the restaurant is a no no . Spoke with sharath and it was good have person like this in the resort whom we can talk

Nice property with excellent views of nature. Good Hospitality in service, good breakfast with different variety. Food rates are reasonable as compared to outside food which is available in local restaurants. Overall it was good experience.
