We conducted our daughters first bday on 05.05.2025. We paid 3,12,500 rupees by card after the event we received an invoice stating that we will receive 12,500 back due to less plate counts. We have been told someone will contact to get account details to revert the money. It's almost 1.5 months no one gave proper response. Due to change in management everyone who we have been in contact showing another one and blocking our contact numbers. Avira and Bar manager Sathish was the people who arranged the event later we have been told by them that they were asked to take a leave. Then another Sathish gave a contact of Santhosh SPN who is a kind of coordinator to return the money to the non payees. He told we might receive the money on 20th June but we didn't get it. When we called him he simply told management doesn't seems to return the money and then blocked the contact. Such a big hotel but their response and accountability is very poor. We can only say we been fooled with our money in this management change. We kindly request all to not to conduct any event here due to poor service. If you think of conducting one make sure you do the payment at the end of the event. Don't get cheated by them.

Recently I attended a conference organised at his hotel. It was reported that management of the hotel is changing hands and as such the standard of service was not at the expected level as staff were agitating. Catering was as such outsourced. Facilities were of medium standard.

Sabari Grand: Not Worth the Price or the Star Rating

My recent stay at Quality Inn Sabari Grand was deeply disappointing. Despite repeated requests over three days to restaurant staff, the chef, reception, and even the manager, vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes remained unlabeled, a serious concern for dietary restrictions. Adding to the frustration, my room, which I specifically requested to be cleaned by 8:30 am, was still untouched at 4 pm. This led to an unprofessional argument between the manager and housekeeping staff. Further evidence of neglect included used towels left on a 3rd-floor sofa and leftover room service trays left outside rooms overnight. The hotel appears to be staffed entirely by new personnel, resulting in service that falls far short of what's expected for the price and the hotel's advertised star rating. Overall, the experience did not reflect the quality promised.

My recent stay at the Sabari Grand in Chennai was a positive experience overall. The check-in process was refreshingly fast and efficient. The staff members were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring a smooth arrival. The room itself was clean and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. While the hotel boasts two restaurants, I found the food to be average. However, the convenient location makes up for it. Situated just about one and a half kilometers from T. Nagar, a popular shopping area, the Sabari Grand provides easy access to a variety of dining options. Overall, I would recommend the Sabari Grand to travelers seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Chennai. The friendly staff, clean accommodations, and close proximity to T. Nagar make it a solid choice for both business and leisure trips. Just keep in mind that you might want to explore the surrounding area for some of your meals.

Nice peaceful location. Near to U.S. Consulate. Very clean surrounding. The staff was very helpful. Room was big and clean. Check in process was smooth. Breakfast was awsome esp South Indian dishes. They allowed us one hour late check out also
