The hotel is very bad, the rooms are not as per the room rates, some staff are ok while others are very bad, the hotel manager, her name is Varsha, her nature is very bad, she does not have manners to talk to guests, I stayed for 3 days but last time I was charged much more than what I had quoted, it is the dirtiest hotel in Kotdwar, it is an Oyo type hotel The less I say the more........The hotel owner does not know how to run a hotel. Maybe the hotel should have a manager who has knowledge about hotels. He kept a girl but her knowledge is zero.....All guests are requested to come to the hotel with some caution, so that you do not have to pay more money later

Best place to stay. Excellent rooms, cleanliness and the restaurant is great very professional staff. Near to railway station and ease of access is there. Two restaurants and both offer great food. Terrace restaurant has an amazing view.

I'm a little surprised to see the low rating of this hotel, we stayed for a night and here's my take The Good - 1. Good Sized room 2. Ample towels & toiletries 3. Good helpful people 4. Amazing breakfast & food 5. Good location 6. Parking & room for drivers The Bad - 1. Many will find the entrance a bit weird, hotel is located above a market 2. Small elevators 3. Parking can be an issue if too many rooms filled up

Fake ratings and reviews given to Hotel. Once you reach the Hotel, you'll be surprised to see that it is in a shopping arcade and reception at 3rd floor and diffcult to find the entrance with no allocated parking. No ACs are working in the luxury rooms. When we complained they said "You can sleep with Fan on, AC is not working". Very surprising attitude of Mr. Shubham Sharma who sits in the reception. Does not even care to attend the problem. When we told shubham to connect us to owner. He did not connect us to the owner even after repeated requests. Owner also didn't bother to call back in response to our msgs. Worst stay experience ever! Don't go just by looking at good picture and fake ratings. Not worth it.

It is very good hotel considering that the place i.e. Kotdwar is not such a big tourist destination.The rooms are spacious,well maintained and clean.The service is prompt.Only problem is that the rates for every food item be it a paratha or a maggi is much more than it should be,considering that everything is available in Kotdwar itself. On the side note,I would advise travellers to carry cash or use google pay/upi apps as not only the management,but also the whole town of Kotdwar, is reluctant to use a card.
