This hotel has no lift. Rooms are very small and old. Bed sheets and towels are very old and unhygienic. No free mineral water. They don’t allow even one hour late check out. If u don’t get room in any other hotel pl cancel your tour but don’t stay in this hotel you will regret. They don’t issue bill unless u insist

We stayed here for one night. It is located just on the main road which is a big positive. The rooms were great. The pool was clean. Although it is priced a but high for the amenities they provide. The receptionist doesn't seem friendly and welcoming at all.

The hotel is one of the best hotel in lonavala...They have an efficient staff and Mr. Khandelwal was very supportive...They have a small swimming pool which is good to enjoy with kids.. the buffet breakfast has limited options but they are quite OK... Staff is very helpful and efficient... Good place as it's near the market but not noisy... Room was very comfortable and stay was very enjoyable....

It is neat and tidy place to stay in woth family or friends. Easily accesible as it is on the main highway. Rooms are average sized and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Did not order food for linch or dinner, but the breakfast was good. Number of recipes could have been increased. There is scope of improvement in room service. Otherwise they are very helpful people. Select pool view rooms for a better sleep. Yes the pool was clean and in working condition.
