Rooms: the rooms are Very comfortable and clean with balconies for the view of nearby streets. This place is not a typical hotel but a house on rent type of deal.The boy over their will help in case u need any thing. There will be food menu from a nearby hotel with affordable food. I would suggest go out for various options on street from South Indian in main market to Lebanese and other restaurants. Location: The location is very amazing as it's very near to all the beaches and markets nearby. All the rent a car/bikes are nearby on walking distance. Beaches: 1)Do visit nearby Baga beach if you are with your wife/Gf. They have beautiful shacks playing nice music with candle lights in the evening which gives an amazing view of the shores . 2) Visit candolim or Anjuna beach with your friends to relax and enjoy your dip in sea waves with option to lay down on the benches of nearby shacks. You can also enjoy water sports. Do bargain for best deal with multiple sports.

We travelled as a group of cousins and stayed here in the 1st Jan to 3rd Jan for 2 nights. We had a great stay at this property which is very near from the main road as well as Beach, You can visit many restaurants, cafes, shops. Rooms are spacious enough and all the rooms have a lovely balcony also. The hotel is run by a very sincere and trustworthy couple Ria-Jude who gave us valuable tips on how to get around. I would recommend it to travellers who look for good value for money.. This place was very quiet. We booked 2 rooms with balcony, which was on the first floor. The rooms were spacious and very clean . The bathroom was always super-clean. The a/c worked fine. We got the room at a very cheap price which we booked in advance. It was very much value for money. Most of the time we were outside the hotel. Every day when we returned at night, we were happy to see our rooms fully cleaned by them and everything arranged at its own place. And not a thing was lost. Condolium beach is about 100m from this hotel. I don't find any negative with the room service. This is the best resort to stay around Condolium.

Location is great. Near to market, beaches. You have all the privacy as a couple. Staff was very helpful. Owner is quite supportive. Room & bathroom so tidy. Overall AWESOME. We got our ride from here only @270/- per day. We had visited number of beaches but I definitely suggest go to MORJIM quite calm crowd less. Anjuna beach was good, but flea market was just boring, kind of a little Gujarat may be we were there in off season & yes there is lot of bargaining. But don't forget to visit BLUE TAO on way to anjuna for real homemade Italian and wood oven baked Pizza. Fort Chappora was a disaster. As there is no fort. Just the boundary wall. That's it's for now wanna visit again. Going to stay here only.

I stayed here with my husband for 4 days in Dec 2015 and we both absolutely loved the service and the room for the price we paid. Its very close to the beach which has some nice shacks. Its also very close to a number of restaurants, pubs, shops and other amenities. There is frequent bus services also from the main road which is just 1 min walk from this hotel. All in all a very good hotel with great location and service. I would recommend it to everyone. It has all basic amenities, its clean and comfortable.
