Our booking was made online for 4 nights from Feb 8 to Feb 12 2024 at approximately tariff of Rs 5766 per night. This was our 2nd stay here. Our room was on the first floor. Room was decent and food was good with sufficient breakfast items. However come February 9 evening( Friday)our nightmare started at around 8 pm. We heard a deafening noise from the basement -DJ music at full blast from the basement. We checked with reception he said basement is rented out in weekends for private parties for additional revenue. This is all at the cost of unsuspecting guests who find their way to this hotel. Person at the reception assured us the partying people would stop the loud music at about 11 pm. However we struggled in vain, our beds to catch a shut eye after a tiring day. However music continued and it stopped at around 2 in the morning. Come Saturday night, the nightmare was repeated - to our horror. We decided to change hotel in case this horror should spill over to Sunday night. However they spared us on Sunday night. Writing this review to warn folks who intend to stay on weekends- simple avoid stays during week ends. I repeat AVOID THIS HOTEL ON WEEKEND STAYS. AVOID! AVOID ! I wondered how the blasted music would trouble hapless patients in nearby hospital( Malige Hospital ) causing more suffering to them. I have seen police vehicles plying on this road . But no one seems to care apparently ! YES ,YES scrolling down, I read similar complaints in the review. of other guests !! No- Never ever again here . I have seen the last of Hotel 37th Crescent .😡😡😡😡😡😡

Centrally located & well maintained. The rooms can do with a little more or brighter lighting since as the evening sets rooms have a gloomy & dim look. Good restaurant options nearby & good connectivity options to travel within the city. Excellent breakfast & the staff there. ALERT!!! - The front desk staff notes all instructions but does not implement or action them.

Ms.Khusi is greeting the guest very good. Excellent front desk staff. Overall hotel service is excellent. Nice location, good food and all amenities available in room. Management is good. Pub & Bar facilities is awesome. Lovely to hang out there.

My band and I visited Bangalore for an overnight stay, and were booked into this hotel. The purpose of our visit to Bangalore was to play at a wedding, and we were scheduled to fly out the next morning, leaving the hotel at 6.00am (this detail might be pertinent later). When we reached the hotel, we were informed that the room keys were not ready yet, that they would have someone open our rooms for us, and that they would get us key cards ASAP. That was around noon. We didn't receive key cards for 3 out of 4 rooms for the rest of our stay. We called to order room service, and asked for items off the 'All Day Menu'. We asked for a Chicken Kathi Roll, told it was unavailable. Instead, we asked for a chicken burger, told it was unavailable. Then asked for a chicken sandwich, told it was available, but could not get it toasted or grilled. After asking about various other items, and finally placing our much amended order, we received our food (which was not bad overall, I have to admit). We called and asked them to send someone to our room to let part of the band back into their rooms, and to please also send someone to clear up the plates, and were told they would be up for both in a minute. 10mins later, we called again, same response. Another 5mins, same response, but then we went down to call them up personally, since clearly they weren't going to mobilise by themselves. The gentleman who came up assured us someone would come 'fast' to clear the plates, and that he would help let the other people into their rooms since the key cards weren't ready, but still assured us we would all receive key cards shortly. Incidentally, no one came to clear the plates till around 6.15pm. We left at 6.20pm for our performance, expecting to return just before midnight. Upon our return, we were told no key cards yet, but we would once again be let in by a member of the staff. Honestly, we were too tired to care about arguing that we needed independent ingress and egress, and just thanked him and went upstairs to get some rest before our departure in 6hrs. Once in our rooms, we discovered that somewhere in the hotel, there were speakers blaring loud music, so loud that all our rooms were filled with the music as though each room had its own mini-rave. The music was so loud that the vibrations from their speakers ensured that (even under a stack of pillows to muffle the sound) we could feel the music nonstop. The music did not stop, nor did it decrease its volume till well after 2.00am when, from sheer exhaustion, I finally fell asleep. In addition to all these bigger issues, there were lots of little issues, like the fact that they only place 2 small water bottles in each room, that the bathroom door doesn't lock properly, that the room doors don't close all the way through, that the doorbells on the rooms didn't ring sometimes, and worked sometimes, and that the room was not really well-appointed (the beds had this awkward wooden plank between them, hindering easy access to the plugs, and making things difficult to navigate overall. Overall, this place felt like it could've been nice. It was clean, the staff were polite and friendly. However, the incompetence and complacency was staggering, and makes me regret that we settled for this hotel stay. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're ok with what I've mentioned, and I certainly would not return to this place if given the choice.
