This is not a new Courtyard but it is super convenient. There are lots of business travelers and airline crew as well! There is direct access from Times Square to access back to the hotel. Breakfast is super yummy with lots of options. Staff was very accommodating and assisted whenever possible. Will turn to stay!

I would like to share my gratitude to the front desk staff especially Mr Jin Kim. We did have a memorable as this stay was with my mum and my daughters. The three generations was being taken care very well by Mr Jin Kim, his kindness and professionalism was outstanding and made our trips more memorable and special! Thank you courtyard by Marriott Times Square! Every time we came back we did have lots of warm smiles and greetings, thank you for remembering us!

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel during our September trip. Thanks to Lucy from the frontdesk for arranging a birthday amenity for my Wife, we appreciate it, she speaks very good English as well. Also, thanks to Jason from the concierge, he's been helpful before and during our stay. The hotel is close to a railway station and there is a shopping center next to it. Just some few issues. First is that when i arranged a transport from the hotel to airport on a specific date, the person on the front desk was not attentive, instead the booking was incorrectly made a day in advance. The following day, we received a call early in the morning that a taxi is waiting, we had to wake up from our short sleep. Second, the room that was assigned to is dark due lighting problems. We raised the issue to the counter on our second day and it was not resolved. But thanks to Jason when we contacted him by e-mail on our final night, he managed to arrange engineering team to fix the lights. Overall the room was clean and nice.

This is a good hotel conveniently located close to the Yeongdeungpo metro station and a big mall in Times Square, full of shops and restaurants. Rooms are modern, wide and clean, staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is abundant and with a good choice of western and asian food.

Had been in Yeongdeungpo for a few nights with Bonvoy and a local hotel and decided to use points for a 5-night stay. At 78,000 for the 5 nights, it has been a fantastic value and I am so glad I came here. A really nice, modern hotel. Front desk staff did a great job with check-in and status recognition. Breakfast included (unsure if for all or Titanium Elite), and the breakfast everyday is extensive and has iced coffee, which is much-welcomed for me. Rooms are spacious and modern, large TVs, great bathrooms/showers, large safes, comfortable beds. Next to the hotel is the Times Square Shopping Mall, including a Shake Shack! You also get discounts, usually ranging 10%-20% on many restaurants for food items, and the hotel gives you a list. Plenty of street food/7-11s as well in the surrounding area and a quick walk to Yeongdeungpo for Line 1 access across the city. The area is a little far out from the more touristy-areas I spend most of my time in, but for a 30-minute "commute" each day, I'm far happier with the amenities and space I have here compared to Myeongdong and other similar areas. And the Seoul metro is so easy to navigate. Would happily recommend this choice for those who are Bonvoy fans and a little on the adventurous side when it comes to moving around a city. They could definitely use one more elevator on the ground floor to lobby side, but plenty of elevators from the lobby to rooms. Other perk has been the 15th floor lounge and the coffee, tea, and snacks, though not sure if that's a Titanium Elite perk.
