Overall decent hotel, but a terrible choice for business travel. Breakfast wait is minimum 20-30 minutes every day. Then you line up again for eggs. No takeout options. No other restaurant on site. Ok I guess if you don’t mind losing an hour from your day. Most business travelers don’t have that kind of flexibility. I think I managed breakfast twice in a week-long stay. If really stuck, the sushi set meal on the top floor is a possibility, but even there you have to wait. Such an easy fix too; I can only conclude management just doesn’t respect me or my time. That’s a dealbreaker for me

Decent hotel in a quiet location

The Grand Nikko is around 20 minutes from Haneda Airport by taxi. There is a metro station next door and the ride over the Rainbow Bridge towards the centre of Tokyo is spectacular. There are some amazing views around the hotel but the area is soulless with it being full of hotels, malls and office buildings. It’s not a great spot for finding a cosy place for a drink. We were disappointed on first arrival after leaving our cruise - a 5 and a half hour wait to check in with no organisation around what to do with our cases. Our room 1733 had a good view over the cruise terminal and park. The room was large with 2 3/4 size beds. Good shower and bath room. There were a shortage of drawers for clothes. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the attached bakery was good and the 24 hour Lawson’s shop on site sold tasty and cheap sandwiches and hot bites.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location with lovely big rooms and very friendly staff. Two nights wasnt enough, and will certainly stay there again if I'm in Tokyo. The views over Tokyo bay and the city are amazing. Dinner in the restaurant is worth it for the view alone.

A modern, luxury hotel

Very upscale. Far out from the centre of Tokyo on a man-made island in Tokyo harbour, this hotel is modern and friendly for tourists. English is not a problem (not something you can say about all Japanese hotels, even the good ones.) Not cheap, though.

Grandeur than Grand... holiday pampering

If there's a place you need to stay and pamper yourself 💞...it is this. Top 3 reason 1. The Daiba train station is walk out of the hotel and adjoining the Marine park where bus stop is. 2. The odaiba mall is stone throw away and is housing the best delicacies in town. 3. This hotel is grander than grand ...the rooms are spacious and the staff is very professional. Finally, don't miss the 7 km walk which ends at the statue of Liberty 🗽 co- located here and goes up to Great Sight Tokyo station.
