Warning! Don't Book this Hotel

Our booking was made through Agoda for a group of 4 of us. Our airport taxi had some issues finding the hotel as it's located on a narrow side street. When we eventually arrived it was almost midnight, the hotel refused to give us the 4 rooms rooms that were booked, confirmed and paid for through Agoda. The manager argued that Agoda under priced their rooms and despite us having confirmed bookings they refused us 4 rooms and only gave 2 old dingy rooms. They even refused to call Agoda upon my request to clarify the situation and blatantly told me I would have to make the call myself from my own mobile phone. We were forced to share rooms 2 rooms that were dingy and dirty. Stained bed sheets. The television did not work. Breakfast was limited to just Masala Dosa, Vada and Puri with Curry. The breakfast dining area and utensils weren't up to standard. As a travel consultant I have traveled extensively and I must say, this hotel experience was certainly the worst. I would never book this hotel in future nor would I ever recommend this place to any of my travelling clientele. The hotel was listed as 4 star, by far this hotel is nowhere near to 4 star and it's way off from what the name implies "Hotel Corporate Park Inn". After investigating this terrible incident Agoda.com refunded me the amount of my booking, I am thankful to Agoda.com for handling the matter in a most fair and professional manner. Will never consider this hotel again!

Recently stayed here for 3 nights.Pathetic service. No water in bathroom. TV was not working for 2 days. Had to repeatedly call them but no response. The manager came to the room after several complaints but he too was keen only on advertising his name in OYo app and Facebook that the service was good. He disappeared after that. Overall will never think of going to this hotel again.

the review i am about to write could be taken as an advice or a warning. many of these points would seem quite normal to many people. although, i wouldn't agree to them as we paid for proper services. -i made this booking many many weeks prior. even so, the room wasn't ready when we came and we had to be in a different room for a while. when we asked to leave that room to go out to get food we were told to submit the keys. i found this weird because we were first in that room due to their inefficiency and now they wanted us to leave room keys with them because they would need access to that room. - on the rule page, it was written that we are not allowed to get food from outside. when we ordered from the provided menu, lack of half the things on the menu made them advice us to order from outside (requires revision of many small things). -We were given a menu in our room for ordering food from a next door restaurant. 20 RS was charged just to bring food from down to us. if we went down and asked them to parcel it for us when we wanted to dine in our room, that charge was not applicable, so it was quite evident that the hotel was by default charging 20rs for room service even after stating to give free room service. -we were first told that Room cleaning only was only available from 11am-2pm. arguing with the representative he kept changing the time saying that "after 3 pm there wont be anything" "after 4pm there wont be anything" when we retracted our request for cleaning the rooms -Room cleaning doesn't include changing sheets , only making the bed proper. from 3-4 times that we got our room cleaned, only one day the sheets were actually changed. the pics uploaded show the difference in colour of sheets and blanket and blanket cover. this made my stay very uncomfortable with the thought at the back of my heads that the sheets were so dirty. -any hotel would atleast provide plates and cutlery if guests do get food from outside. we were provided with plates on the first 2 days and then they were changed to paper plates. glasses were given first few days and then we were told that they do not have glasses at all. the time between requested for plates and them arriving was so long that our food would get cold. the room we were moved to temporarily was a single room with a double bed. they told us we cannot be in that room as we booked for a couple's room. when we finally moved to our designated room, it was no different from the single room given to us before. the pictures of double room shown were not exactly what was given to us. -towels and toiletries were given when asked or while cleaning if requested. Towels were changed only when asked and not while room cleaning -Ac only worked like a slow fan -WiFi only works when there is less traffic. at other times, the page for a speed test would not even open. -We were advised to plates kept out at night for collection in the morning, which aren't necessarily collected by morning. i do not really have a problem with this. but we were told in a way that made us feel that, they want to do this so it does not look all dirty in the corridor outside every door in the day time when other guests would check in, which was quite reasonable. but there wouldn't be any point to this if the plates are not collected. -Washroom was clearly showing lack of deep cleaning (black spots shown in pictures), although normal cleaning (room service) was done well. -Lift is operational only at certain hours of the day. -some days food delivery was allowed to our rooms and some days it wasn't which was quite confusing so we had to go down every time we ordered something after the first couple days. -there was a lack of consistency in services -the one thing i liked was the water pressure in their showers. Doesn't feel worth paying how much ever we paid. The place needs a renovation, maybe not so much architectural but more management vice.

Not worthy to stay in this hotel. You cant get even a coffee in the morning..... When I asked for morning tea by calling room service, that guy said he will send after 10-15 min. I waited and I called after 15 min. He asked me to give a complaint.... I could not understand ... why to and whom to give complaint.... Of course I informed the same to reception and I got a reply "sorry Sir".. Staff are very unprofessional... I wont recommend this hotel.
