I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss Cottage Hotel in Nainital, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff at Swiss Cottage Hotel made me feel right at home. No hot water. Tiny rooms . Hard bed Lobby is good. Incomplete amenities in the rooms ……………………………. No toiletries Only pair of sleepers. No chair in ground floor rooms Bad mattress Dirty bedsheets ………………………….. moist walls ………….🥸☹️🥺😡😡😖😞🥸😎😒😀😃😁😆🥲🙂😊😌😋😋😚😙

It is SWISS COTTAGE. Swiss hotel is different. Dont get cheated.

First This is not swiss hotel, its swiss cottage. Swiss hotel is adjacent to this and hotel is a premium property. Cottage management is using name of hotel to misguide travellers. No view from room. Receptionist lied that no better room is getting vacant but actually it was. when other travellers checked out, the room was given to us only after repeated efforts. management promised guitarist/singer in evening. didn't arrange. blinds between room and bathroom were not working fine. thats another negative for families. may be good for couples only. hotel didn't have arrangement of taxi from hotel to mall. not even on payment. its not walkable.

We stayed in Swiss cottage. It was very lovely & the food was delicious. These cottages are based at mallital near High Court. Beautiful scenic view can be seen from the room & walking distance to mall road is 10 mins. The staff is very friendly, very cooperative & helpful. I stayed here for 2 days., It was an awesome and lifetime experience. Definitely, when I will plan again to stay in Nainital I am gonna plan for Swiss cottage. This hotel has amazing interiors, with a vintage touch. There is a beautiful open garden restaurant and cafe where you can enjoy your coffee and meals. I loved the service. The food is excellent. One of the best places to stay at Nainital.

A beautiful property, the owners have added a homely touch ,with an extra dose of personal warmth . The food is good and the ambience is charming. The rates are decent , the property is located in an exclusive area away from the crowd.
