Day 1 - Arrival in Chandigarh, Drive to Shimla & Evening at Mall Road

Upon arrival in Chandigarh, begin the scenic 110-kilometer drive up to Shimla, winding through the lower Shivalik hills for about three to four hours. Check into your hotel upon reaching Shimla and take time to rest and unwind. In the evening, head out for a walk along the pedestrian-only Mall Road and the spacious Ridge. Admire the neo-Gothic architecture of Christ Church, take in panoramic mountain views, and browse the local shops and cafes.
Day 2 - Day Excursion to Kufri and Chail
After breakfast, depart for a full-day trip starting at Kufri, located about 15 kilometers from Shimla. Enjoy adventure activities, nature walks, and horse rides around the pine-forested hills. Continue the drive toward Chail to visit the historic Chail Palace, renowned for its colonial heritage, manicured lawns, and proximity to the world’s highest cricket ground. Return to Shimla in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay.

In the early afternoon, begin the 230-kilometer scenic drive to Manali along the Beas River, passing through Mandi and Kullu Valley. Day 4 - Manali Local Sightseeing
Dedicated to discovering Manali’s cultural and natural landmarks, start your morning at the historic Hadimba Devi Temple, set inside the dense Dhungri forest. Cross over to Vashisht village to visit the ancient Vashisht Temple and experience its natural sulfur hot springs. Enjoy a tranquil walk through the tall trees of Manali Nature Park, visit the nearby Tibetan Monastery, and spend the late afternoon and evening exploring the bohemian cafes of Old Manali alongside the lively shops on Mall Road.

Tibetan Monastery

Day 5 - Excursion to Sissu via Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel
Head out after breakfast on a mountain excursion toward the Lahaul Valley. Stop at Solang Valley to partake in optional adventure sports like paragliding or cable car rides before passing through the 9.02-kilometer Atal Tunnel. Emerge into the starkly beautiful landscapes of Sissu village, where you can view the cascading Sissu Waterfall, walk along the riverbank, and enjoy the high-altitude surroundings before returning to Manali for your final evening.

Day 6 - Manali to Chandigarh Return Drive
A private transfer to Delhi airport/ railway station for your departure.

The route traces the course of the Beas and Sutlej river valleys, passing through Pandoh and Swarghat. Reach Chandigarh by late afternoon or early evening for your onward departure at the airport, railway station, or city center.
