Day 1 - Guwahati Airport / Railway Station to Kaziranga - Pickup & Transfer
- Meet our representative on arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station where you will be greeted well.
- Get transferred to Kaziranga National Park & Check into the hotel.
- Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing, in preparation for the fun and adventurous journey that lies ahead.
- Overnight stay in a hotel at Kaziranga.
Day 2 – Kaziranga to Shillong - National Park Sightseeing and Transfer
- Early morning, head out to enjoy a jeep safari in the Kaziranga National Park.
- Post breakfast start the journey toward Shillong Scotland of the East.
- You will come across the Umiam Lake (Borapani) while traveling from Kaziranga to Shillong,capturing the mesmerizing beauty it has to offer we shall move forward.
- Check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay in a hotel at Shillong.

Kaziranga National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage site in Assam, India, famous for hosting two-thirds of the world’s population of one-horned rhinoceroses.
The park is a vital biodiversity hotspot situated along the Brahmaputra River, featuring a diverse landscape of tall elephant grass, marshland, and dense tropical forests.
Day 3 - Shillong to Cherapunji - Waterfalls, Valleys & Caves En Route
- After enjoying a lip-smacking breakfast in the morning, get transferred to Cherrapunji.
- Onthe way, visit the breathtaking Laitlum Canyon, only if time permits, followed by a stop at Mawkdok Dympep View Point, and the magnificent Wei Sawdong Falls.
- After this, grasp a stunning view of Nohkalikai Falls, one of the tallest waterfalls in India.
- Continue to the Garden of Caves for a serene natural experience and explore the ancient Arwah Caves for a distinct adventure.
- If time permits, visit the scenic Seven Sisters’ Falls before concluding the day.
- Check in to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cherrapunji.

Laitlum Canyon
Laitlum Canyon is a breathtaking viewpoint in Meghalaya, India, known for its vast, mist-covered deep gorges and verdant valleys that offer panoramic views of the East Khasi Hills.
The name translates to “End of Hills,” perfectly describing the dramatic cliffs and steep winding stairways that lead down to the remote village of Rasong

Mawkdok Dympep Valley is a stunning natural gateway to Cherrapunji, famous for its deep, V-shaped canyon that often fills with dramatic, swirling clouds and mist.
Nohkalikai Falls
Nohkalikai Falls is India’s tallest plunge waterfall, featuring a dramatic 340-meter drop that ends in a stunning turquoise-colored pool at the base of the Khasi Hills.
Located near Cherrapunji, it is famously associated with a haunting local legend about a woman named Likai, after whom the “Leap of Ka Likai” is name
Day 4 - Cherapunji - Double Decker Living Root Bridge and Rainbow Falls Trek (Guide Required)
- Today is all about adventure and nature. After an early breakfast, head to Tyrna Village where the trek to the iconic Double Decker Living Root Bridge begins.
- The descent involvesover 3,500 stone steps surrounded by lush tropical forest.
- Once you reach the bridge, soak in the marvel of nature’s engineering and serene surroundings.
- From here, continue further with a guide to Rainbow Falls, an untouched paradise where vibrant rainbows appear in the
mist near the waterfalls. - This trek is a bit challenging but extremely rewarding.
- Return to Cherrapunji by evening for an overnight stay.

Tyrna Village is the primary gateway to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge, serving as the starting point for the grueling 3,500-step trek down the valley.
Located in the East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya, this picturesque hamlet is renowned for its lush tropical surroundings and its role in preserving the region’s unique bio-engineering traditions.
Day 5 -Cherapunji to Shillong - via Mawlynnong – Dawki (Shnongpdeng)
- Today, after breakfast, start your journey to Mawlynnong (it was awarded the prestigious tagof ‘Cleanest Village in Asia’ in 2003. Upon arrival do a short trek in the village & witness the local beauty.
- You can also visit Balancing Rock, Sky Viewpoint (Nohwet Viewpoint) & the longest living root bridge. Eat local lunch in the village.
- Then, we will proceed to the border town of Dawki, a hidden paradise.
- Upon arrival, visit Umngot River in Dawki is crystal clear & is considered one the cleanest rivers in.
- You can do boating (at an additional cost).
- In theevening, get transferred to Shillong. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Located in Mawlynnong, Meghalaya, the Balancing Rock is a massive boulder that has remained miraculously perched on a tiny base for ages, defying gravity and seismic shifts.
Known locally as Maw Ryngkew Sharatia, this ancient geological wonder is surrounded by a wire fence and serves as a popular spiritual and tourist landmark in “Asia’s Cleanest Village.
Sky Viewpoint
Sky Viewpoint, located in Mawlynnong, features a towering 85-foot bamboo structure that offers breathtaking panoramic views across the lush plains of neighboring Bangladesh.
Known locally as the Bamboo Watchtower, it provides a unique perspective of the region’s dense canopy and serves as a testament to the Khasi people’s traditional craftsmanship
Day 6 - Departure
- Shillong to Guwahati – Transfer & Halfday Sightseeing & Drop In the morning get transferred to Guwahati.
- After reaching visit Kamakhya Temple.
- It is suggested to obtain a special pass to avoid waiting time.
- There after charter a ferry to Umananda Temple.
- If Time Permits- Visit Kalakshetra, Planeterium, Ropeway.
- Your tour concludes once you are dropped at the Airport / Railway Station for your onwards Journey.
- It’s now time to head back home with a Plethora of Good Memories.
