• Guests traveling from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur by coach must call the hotline number after crossing Sungai Besi Toll Plaza for timely pickup from the coach drop-off point
• SIC pickup time is subject to change by ±30 minutes; guests must be ready at the mentioned time as the vehicle will not wait for more than 5 minutes
• Maximum waiting time for any private transfer is 20 minutes; additional waiting charges will apply beyond this limit
• No refunds will be processed for any unutilized services
• In case of no-show, no refund or rescheduling is applicable
• Standard driver waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes
• Guests must complete the Malaysia Arrival Card prior to arrival to avoid airport delays

• Due to New Year’s Eve celebrations, KL Tower operates on revised hours on 31 December
• Operating hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Last admission: 6:00 PM
• No entry permitted after 6:00 PM
• All visitors must exit the premises by 7:00 PM
• Guests booked for city or night tours with KL Tower on this date are advised to adjust their sightseeing schedule accordingly
