1.Can I modify my tickets at Air India?

You can modify/cancel your tickets by using the ‘My Booking’ section from the home page of Air India. Modification/cancellation charges may apply after processing the cancellation/modification.

2.What if I can’t access the ‘My booking’ section?

If you cannot access the ‘My booking’ section or having some other related issues then you should send an email to ecommerce@airindia.in

3.Where can I make modifications to my bookings?

For reservations made online, you can make the modification on the airline website. The Air India call centers and airport and city offices will help you make changes in your booking irrespective of where you did your booking.
