In bronze membership, on reaching 20,000 points, your membership is upgraded to silver. To reach gold, you need 40,000 points, and for platinum, you require 80000 points. As a gold or platinum member, you also enjoy priority check-in at the airport. To claim these benefits every time you fly with the airlines, you will have to only present the membership card to your agent at the check-in point. If you are a platinum member, you will be rewarded with 20 per cent additional base smile points. 100 smile points are equal to 4 Saudi Riyal and the best thing is there are no blackout dates or restrictions on earning or redeeming these smile points.
Your smile points are awarded to you within 7 days of your date of travel. You are also informed and updated about your Smile points via email. To claim your missing points, you need to enter your FlyNas account by visiting www.NaSmiles.flynas.com. You are required to enter your email id and password to log in. To claim your points, you are required to fill in the needed details. Once all the details are matched, the smile points are transferred in your account within 7 days.
To claim your missing points, the flight should have departed within the last 90 days. You can’t claim the points on behalf of other passengers. You must personally fly with the airline to be eligible to gain points. To claim your points, your first name, last name and booking itinerary must match with NaSmiles account details.
