Can I change the date and time of the flight I'm going to fly on?
Yes, you can change dates, airlines, flights for all passengers or only for selected passengers.
Are there any additional charges which I have to pay to make changes to my flight?
The only charges you pay are the airline amendment fee (charged by the airline) and the fare difference between old and new fares. Cleartrip does not charge any Cleartrip amendment fees for trips rescheduled online. However, we do charge a nominal transaction fee of Rs 50 for one-way changes and Rs 100 for round-trip changes to trips.
Can I reschedule only one leg of my journey?
Yes, you can do that as long as you have not traveled partially, or cancelled the booking partially.
Can I change the itinerary of only selected passengers?
Can I make changes to special round-trip fares (i.e. discounted fares with same airline & same PNR for onward & return journey)?
Yes, you can reschedule such flights online. In case you are rescheduling a special round-trip fare partially (either onward or return leg only), then airline change is not permitted as per airline policies.
The new total fare is lower than my current fare. Am I eligible for a refund from Cleartrip?
Yes, we will refund the difference. The amount will be credited to the payment instrument used during the original booking.
Can I make changes online to the flight where an infant is part of the booking?
Unfortunately we do not support rescheduling of trips with infants currently. Please call us at +91 22 41300300 if you need to change the dates for infant bookings.
How many times can I make changes to the booking online?
This feature is available only once per booking. For subsequent schedule changes, please call us at +91 22 41300300.
Till what time can I make the changes to the flight online?
Online changes are permitted up to 5 hours prior to departure of the first flight.
Will I be able to print my new tickets online?
Yes, you can print your new tickets from your Cleartrip Account.
Will I get an invoice for the amount paid for the amended ticket?
Yes, the same would be available in your Cleartrip Account and also sent to you by e-mail.
Can I cancel the rescheduled booking online?
Yes, you can cancel a booking that you've rescheduled by logging into your Cleartrip account.
Can I reschedule my International bookings online?
Currently this facility is valid on domestic (India) bookings only. Please call us at +91 22 41300300 for rescheduling International flight bookings.
