You can utilize your SuperCoins balance up to a specific value corresponding to your flight to hotel booking.
Domestic flights: Up to 5% of the gross fare (base + tax), capped at 400 SuperCoins per booking.
International flights: Up to 3% of the gross fare (base + tax), capped at 1200 SuperCoins per booking.
Hotel bookings: Up to 10% of the best available rate (base room rate + tax + property discount), capped at 100 SuperCoins per booking.

You will find the number of redeemable SuperCoins for each booking on the itinerary page when you make your reservation. The redeemable SuperCoins are determined based on the gross fare, which includes the base fare and taxes.

The Coins will be added to your SuperCoin balance once the booking is confirmed. You can use them only after that particular trip is complete, i.e once you have taken the last flight of the booking or checked out of the hotel.

SuperCoins account is always linked to your Flipkart account. When you sign up for Flipkart your SuperCoin account is automatically created.

Not a problem. We will refund the booking amount (after deducting airline or hotel cancellation fees) to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, mobile wallet etc). The cancellation fee will be first adjusted against the SuperCoins used at the time of booking.
If the cancellation fee exceeds the value of the coins used, the remaining amount will be adjusted against the original payment source.
If the cancellation fee is less than the value of the coins used, the remaining coins will be credited to your SuperCoin balance
