What is Cleartrip Ticket?
Cleartrip Ticket lets you access your e-tickets directly from any computer connected to the Internet. If the email with your e-tickets is lost or mistakenly deleted, your e-tickets can be found, printed and emailed safely using Cleartrip Ticket.
- How long after making a booking before I can use Cleartrip Ticket?
- Your tickets will be available on Cleartrip Ticket approximately 30 minutes after you’ve completed your booking.
- I just made a booking online with Cleartrip, but my ticket is not showing up?
- It takes up to 30 minutes from the time you book for your e–ticket to show up on Cleartrip Ticket. Take a walk, call a friend, poke around on our website and try again 30 minutes after making your booking. If you still can’t find your e–ticket, post a complaint on our Customer Forum and our Customer Support Team will help you out.
- I can’t remember my Trip ID, what do I do?
- First, don’t panic. Your Trip ID is available when you sign in to your account. You can also check your email account for the confirmation email you got from Cleartrip, the email contains your Trip ID. If you can’t find it, Got questions or concerns? Call (7 am to 10 pm - Indian time)

- I booked for someone else, how do I access their e-tickets?
- When you enter a Trip ID and last name into Cleartrip Ticket, all the tickets booked for your trip are available. You can even email people their e-tickets directly from Cleartrip Ticket
- If I book for someone else, can they get their own e-tickets?
- Cleartrip Ticket is available to anyone. They can visit www.cleartrip.com/ticket and get their own e-tickets. All they need from you is their Trip ID (we assume that they will know their own last name, if not you’ll need to remind them of it).
- I cancelled my booking, but I can still find my e-ticket in Cleartrip Ticket, is it still valid?
- No such luck. Once you’ve cancelled, those e-ticket(s) are no longer valid.
- I booked on the phone with Cleartrip, are those tickets available through Cleartrip Ticket?
- No. Tickets for bookings made on the phone are only available via email from Cleartrip customer service.
- Can I find and print paper tickets using Cleartrip Ticket?
- No. It’s a great service, but Cleartrip Ticket doesn’t work for paper tickets.
