Amendments

  • Once a reservation has been made, it is possible to change the date and time of travel. This can be done through Kingfisher Red’s re-scheduling facility at a charge of Rs.750/- per passenger per journey. The difference in fare will also have to be paid incase the current fare is higher than the original fare. It is not possible to change the sector or destination of any reservation.
  • Rescheduling of tickets is only possible 2 hours prior to flight departure. No change is possible within 2 hours of flight departure. Within 2 hours before departure, it is only possible to cancel the reservation. The rescheduling fee is Rs.750/- per passenger per journey. The difference in fare is also charged.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are allowed upto two (2) hour prior to departure.
  • The cancellation charge is Rs.750/-. This fee is subject to change without notice.

If you cancel a booking, Cleartrip levies a cancellation processing fee of Rs 300 per passenger per segment. Remember that this is in addition to the airline’s own cancellation charges. If you make an amendment to your booking, we charge an amendment processing fee of Rs 300 per passenger per sector. Cleartrip’s fees are standard across all airlines.

Baggage Allowance

Any excess baggage beyond the permissible Free Baggage Allowance will be charged at carriage rates that vary from sector to sector. These rates are available with the airline upon request.

Please note:

  • To make amendments to your tickets, you’ll need to contact the airline directly.
  • If you are holding e–tickets, you can cancel online on our website if the cancellation request is made more than 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of your flight. If the cancellation request is submitted less than 3 hours, you need to contact the airlines to get your reservation cancelled.
  • The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary.
  • Kingfisher Red will not have in–flight entertainment. For Kingfisher Red check–in counters at Delhi will continue to be of Deccan. All other cities check–in will be at Kingfisher counters.
