All 212 en-suite guestrooms appealing to families and conference delegates, are open, and airy with a pleasant African theme, tastefully decorated with handcrafted Zambian art and furniture. All rooms spill outwards into the natural African bush, or face inwards into a vast, cool, landscaped pool with private, shaded balconies offering guests a perfect choice of holiday lodgings.

The restaurant is relaxed and casual and provides an enjoyable buffet experience with sumptuous breakfast and dinners. Meals can also be ordered by the pool or from Squires grill.

Guests couldn't wish to be closer to Victoria Falls as the spray from the natural attraction rises into the sky next to the hotel. The gardens are beautifully maintained and animals have been seen wondering through the hotel gardens.
