rooms, good food with plenty of choices both savory and sweet.14 different puddings I seem to remember!
The only critism in the room we had before flying home, the shower cubicle leaked from the base enabling water to going over the bathroom floor.

took instant action to fix the internet problem. The breakfast selection was great! Very close to city center and all shopping areas. However I would like to acknowledge the honesty of the staff. While checking out I forgot my shirt in the wardrobe. After half an hour I got a call on my mobile from hotel saying the house keeping has found my shirt and also couple of thousand dollars in the pocket. They assured me that money is safe and that I can pickup my money any time. Two Thousand dollars is significant amount! I went after an hour. The money was neatly packed in an enveloped and sealed. I really appreciate the honesty of the hotel staff. Very impressed about the hotel and service.

All the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful; trying to help in all my inquiries.
There were complimentary bottled water, tangerines and cookies every day - placed in the room by housekeeping, which do not seem like a very big deal, but I understood how important these are when I was looking forward to eating them when I came back to my room in the evening.
The hotel is walking distance from several sightseeing places and a mall, and the service personnel at the door helped me to get transportation to the city center when I needed.

Firstly the hotel created a fuss as we did not have an accommodation voucher and initially would not release the rooms to us, even though the booking was clearly there.
Our room (222) on initial inspection looked ok but then you look more closely. The beds had been slept in and re made, you could tell by the creasing on the pillows cases and the bottom sheet. Then I checked out the bathroom, the smell hit your nose before anything else, stale urine ingrained into the floor. The toilet and bidet had not had a thorough clean for many weeks, the pedestals of both were covered in dry urine stains, grease, grime and pubic hairs. The shower wall where it attached to the floor was think with black mold. I asked for the room to be cleaned and the bathroom to be properly cleaned, explaining the problems exactly, after dinner we returned to the room, the beds had not been sorted and the bathroom had been serviced, but not cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting.
Breakfast does not start until 7am and we had a scheduled departure for 7am, Initially they offered to open up at 06.45 but we complained and it was opened at 06.00 though no hot food apart from toast was available.
The we get to check out, this takes far too long, and when the coach arrived the porters refused to help with the luggage, they just stood and shrugged their shoulders
Staying in the hotel for the last night of a wonderful journey through India was marred by very poor service and an appalling room.
