and very well presented.The hotel itself was very nice, and our room was just right, with a good toilet/shower space. In terms of location, I don't think you could ask for more. It was right across the street from Centro mall, which included picture theatres and restaurants, as well as the train/tram station which made it easy to get into the main city of Dusseldorf. We are looking at going back again sometime in the next year or so, and we'll definitely be booking here. I would highly recommend!

right across the street. The hotel is pet friendly, so we brought our dog with us. There is a small park next to the hotel which was great for walking the dog.
Breakfast was very good and there is plenty of room in the restaurant. The small bar in the lobby has fairly good prices and the staff were all very friendly. We will definately stay here again when we're in the area.

and is a great location for the shopping and sites. I had a good experience at each time. The parking cost seems to be climbing each time I stay. The rooms are basic. They have an en suite bathroom for privacy, which is great. There are always clean linens. The staff is semi-friendly. Not overly eager. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel. I always travel with my children. They do have the baby cots available and will be set up in the rooms before you check in. It is also located close to sea life oberhausen.
There was only one time I wasn't satisfied in the room. The room was nice...it was bigger than normal, I think it was a business suite. The problem was there were silverfish. i believe this one was on the 3rd floor. That is disgusting to me since the silverfish were in the beds. Usually I've seen them in bathrooms, but never in beds. That was the only time I've seen that at this hotel. I did stay there again after that, most recent as Jan 13. The room was fine and I rather enjoyed the trip.

this hotel again and again over the last 5 years. And I have to say the good times are over. The rooms are nice but all the furniture is worn out and need an update. Also the bathrooms need to be remodelled. It is definetly not acceptable for the rates they do have now.
I will not come back because there are other hotels nearby in the same price range with nice and new rooms.
